Job summary

• High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to sample products in wine and spirits.
• Experience in leadership roles and motivating a team is required.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and retail operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor &Coach: Reinforce Festival’s culture and service standards while guiding associates in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Grow the Team: Assist in hiring, training, and developing associates, including feedback and coaching for advancement.
• Finalize the Schedule: Create and approve weekly work schedules for coverage.
• Support Operations: Monitor inventory, pricing accuracy, and department standards.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Answer questions and ensure associates are knowledgeable about liquor, wine, spirits, and beer.
• Deliver Guest Service: Help guests find products and handle special orders with care.
• Lead by Example: Work with the team on daily tasks, stocking, and maintaining a clean department.
• Collaborate: Work with vendors and managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
