Adams Beverages NC LLC seeks a Brand Manager for its Wine & Spirits portfolio in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on developing and executing brand strategies, coordinating with supplier partners, and driving program activation across on- and off-premise channels.

Responsibilities include leading supplier meetings, managing inventory, and ensuring effective communication with sales leaders to meet annual targets and grow brand presence in key retail accounts.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in wholesale or supplier sales.
• Experience selling wine and/or spirits is preferred.
• College degree preferred; relevant experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement off-premise/on-premise execution strategies.
• Lead supplier meetings and coordinate account activation.
• Foster collaboration between suppliers and sales teams to drive brand plans.
• Oversee inventory and POS materials for brands and campaigns.
• Analyze market data to shape brand plans and objectives.
