Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a full-time Wine Portfolio Sales role to drive growth by partnering with suppliers and customers, executing commercial plans, and developing key on-premise and off-premise accounts.

You will lead distribution initiatives, drive menu placements, and coordinate with account representatives to align priorities with client needs. The role requires a background in sales or spirits, and the candidate should be prepared to educate teams and prioritize market activities with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/ GED with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drives the success of the Wine portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing the monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated.
• Function as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education and training for assigned market and interact with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
