Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Houston seeks a sales professional to drive the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers and to execute strong on-premise and off-premise programs.

You will lead monthly, quarterly and annual business plans, expand distribution, and create spirits programs with education and training for the market. A valid driver’s license and related experience are required. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic beverage group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive Spirits portfolio success by partnering with suppliers and customers on commercial plans and accounts.
• Achieve sales/distribution by executing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and initiatives.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline in the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated.
• Function as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education and training for assigned market and interact with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
