Palms Casino Resort is seeking a Food Server to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain table cleanliness, manage payments, and coordinate with kitchen staff to fulfill guest requests in a high-energy resort setting.

The role requires strong English communication, exceptional customer service, and a minimum of 5 years in Food and Beverage. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledgeable about menu items, including wine, champagne, liquor, beer, and garnishes.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in Food and Beverage in high-paced environments; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and computers.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
