Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge of company and department rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and make recommendations based on guest questions and preferences.
• Deliver food and beverages, including alcoholic options, to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and house drink selections.
• Greet guests upon seating and manage the pace of the meal.
• Ensure table side service and quality presentation.
