Job summary

Deliver meals and beverages, including cocktails, ensure accurate presentation, handle guest requests promptly, and maintain a spotless workstation while upholding Resorts World's standards, safety and guest-experience commitments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, making recommendations based on guest questions and preferences.
• Deliver food and beverages, including alcoholic options, to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of house drink selection and menu items.
• Greet and welcome guests professionally upon seating.
• Establish the pace of the meal to fit each table’s needs.
• Acknowledge special requests and act to fulfill them.
• Ensure table-side food service and quality presentation.
