Job summary

Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas seeks a Cocktail Server to greet guests, take orders, and serve cocktails and food with speed and accuracy. You’ll maintain a clean station, handle cash, and ensure excellent guest service in a high-volume resort environment.

Requirements include 21+ years old, TAM and food handler cards, and prior experience in hospitality. Weekend and holiday availability is expected; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Six months of experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
• One year of experience in a resort setting.
• Bilingual; English as primary/secondary language.
• Knowledge of beverages, garnishes, and service terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food promptly and accurately.
• Collect payment and handle cash following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and stock supplies throughout shifts.
• Garnish and present cocktails and manage beverage service at the table.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to management when needed.
