Job summary

Jackson Family Wines is seeking an Assistant Sales Associate for the Royal Division in California. You will support Account Sales Executives, ensure in-store display and shelf integrity, and help roll out new products across assigned accounts.

Compensation includes a $20.00/hour wage, discretionary bonus, auto allowance, gas card, company cell phone, and other sales incentives. Travel within California is required, with opportunities for growth within the territory.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance and clean driving record
• Available for early morning shifts, Monday–Friday
• Willing to reside within the territory and travel within California up to 6 times/year
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts in the assigned district
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and promote new items
• Communicate current pricing and verify accuracy on displays and in accounts
• Build and merchandise displays and maintain Royal Wine Company merchandising standards
• Establish rapport with store personnel and managers
• Plan account activities with preplans and recaps for the District Manager
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews and execution plans
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours
• Develop wine knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen
• Other duties as assigned by Royal District or Region Manager
