Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Available for early morning hours, Monday to Friday.
• Willing to reside within the territory and travel within California up to 6 times per year.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts in the assigned district.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and introduce new item distribution and DSD items.
• Communicate current pricing and ensure accuracy on displays and in accounts.
• Build and merchandise displays, fill shelves, and uphold Royal Wine Company standards.
• Establish rapport with store and department managers and staff.
• Prioritize and plan account activities with preplans and recaps to the District Manager.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews and execution plans.
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours.
• Continue to develop wine knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen.
• Additional duties as assigned by Royal District or Region Manager.
