The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in wine knowledge, with over two years of experience in luxury environments.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation of wine knowledge, including methods of production, regions of origin, grape varieties, and vintages.
• Two years of restaurant service and/or management experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Must be 21 and able to obtain necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Manage wine list for multiple venues and train beverage team members.
• Work closely with Corporate Director of Beverage to manage wine inventories.
• Assist in planning wine dinners for appropriate outlets.
