Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Steakhouse operations to ensure quality control and exemplary service.
• Maintain wine inventory par levels by calculating inventory, reviewing sales data and placing orders.
• Engage with Guests on the dining floor, ensuring a world-class experience and addressing concerns.
