Job summary

Maisons Marques & Domaines USA is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support Diamond Creek Vineyards and MMD WineBook CA. The role reports to the Director of Accounting and Accounting Manager, and is based in our Oakland office.

The candidate will manage A/R, A/P, payroll and general accounting, with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, expertise in MS Dynamics SL/BC and ADP, and a Monday–Friday on-site commitment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience in wine/beverage/related industry
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Based in Oakland; on-site, Mon–Fri; CA driver’s license; travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: post invoices, deposits, import orders, post payments, monitor past due balances.
• Accounts Payable: code invoices, process payments, reconcile vendor accounts, issue 1099s.
• Payroll & Administrative: audit timecards, code expenses, run payroll reports in ADP; answer payroll queries.
• General Accounting: monthly/quarterly tax filings, GL postings, reconciliations, fixed assets, depreciation.
• WineBook CA Accounting: set up new customers in Dynamics, reconcile EFT portals, assist CA sales team monthly statements.
