Job summary

Winegard Energy in Duarte, CA seeks a meticulous Bookkeeper to support theExecutive Director and management at our corporate office. You will manage financial entries, reports, and budgets in QuickBooks Online, and handle standard accounting tasks.

Responsibilities include AP/AR, bank reconciliations, monthly and year-end closings, and filings. Strong work ethic, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; QuickBooks Online experience required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to accurately maintain all general ledger accounts.
• AP/AR
• Reconcile bank statements
• Conduct monthly and year end closing procedures
• Prepare financial statements
• Prepare state and federal filings
• Process payroll
• Monthly workers compensation payroll reporting
