Job summary

Vista Wine & Spirits / Vista Fulfillment Group in Santee, CA is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to manage daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, categorize transactions, and prepare accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reports.

You will handle vendor bills, customer invoices, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close, with heavy emphasis on Excel analysis and financial reporting for management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a finance role.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; able to generate P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Categorize daily transactions in QuickBooks Online and maintain clean books.
• Review vendor bills, customer invoices, and process payments.
• Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries; perform reconciliations.
• Run P&L and Balance Sheet reports; support month-end close.
• Communicate financial questions to management and ensure accuracy.
