Job summary

Tasting Room Expo is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to provide exceptional guest service at the winery, supporting management initiatives. The role involves wine delivery to guests, glassware upkeep, restocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Candidates should have restaurant experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Continually wash and polish glassware.
• Delivers purchased wines to client's vehicle in parking lot.
• Retrieve wines from various locations.
• Clear wine glasses from bar and tables after guest leave.
• Clear all silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. to washing areas.
• Replenish glassware in racks under countertop.
• Promptly clean table tops.
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and restock as needed.
• Respond to guests and communicate requests to staff or manager.
• Restock merchandise and collateral materials as needed.
