Job summary

Tasting Room Expo seeks a friendly Tasting Room & Back Office Associate to greet guests, explain wines, and assist with sales in a busy California tasting room.

The role covers front-of-house service and essential back-office tasks, including order processing, event support, and coordination with shipping and inventory teams. Weekend availability is required, with Sundays–Thursdays shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current Responsible Beverage Server Certification.
• Passion for wine and wine topics.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Available to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide memorable experiences in the tasting room.
• Promote wine products and encourage club signups.
• Serve wine samples and maintain high service standards.
• Accurately operate POS and manage cash handling.
• Coordinate reservations, events, and back-office tasks.
• Answer inquiries and assist with online orders and shipping.
