Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits is seeking an energetic Hospitality Center Support to assist guests visiting the winery and support tasting room staff in delivering an exceptional experience. The role requires friendly communication, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to engage with guests during a Friday–Sunday schedule.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

Must have or ability to obtain a Food Handlers card.
Customer service and/or retail experience is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Flexible schedule to work weekend/special events.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests, ensure guests feel welcome and are given friendly, courteous service.
Deliver small bites to guests’ tables.
Remove glassware and dishes when guests are finished.
Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly fashion.
Wash dishes, glassware and flatware; polish glassware during shift.
Keep floors free of debris during service.
Receive and store supplies.
Assist in routine cleaning of the bar/patio area and prepare for guests.
Assist with hospitality special events as needed.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of winery and its wines.
Book guest and member experiences via phone, TOCK or email, gathering billing and contact info.
Assist with receiving and restocking wine and merchandise as needed.
