Job summary

Terlato Wine Group in Rutherford, CA is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at the winery, support management initiatives, and maintain a polished dining and tasting environment.

The role requires an approachable, flexible team player who can lift up to 50lbs, work evenings/weekends, and communicate clearly with guests and staff to ensure a memorable visit. Regular part-time position with $19.00–$20.00 hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Good judgment and decision-making under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive team player.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Continually wash and polish glassware.
• Delivers purchased wines to client’s vehicle in parking lot.
• Retrieve wines from various locations.
• Clear wine glasses from bar and tables after guest leave.
• Clear all silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. to appropriate washing areas.
• Restock glassware in racks under countertop.
• Promptly clean tabletops.
• Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletops.
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean/restock as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with tasting room staff/manager.
• Restock merchandise and collateral materials as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
