Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests, answer questions about food, wine and our Wine Club, and educate guests to join the club.

You will maintain knowledge of menus, work with teammates to deliver a memorable guest experience, handle payments with MICROS, and participate in a fast-paced, upscale setting. This role offers a competitive hourly wage plus tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of server experience required.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Experience in a full-service upscale casual restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain menu, wine and club options.
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, and service steps.
• Educate guests about the Wine Club and invite membership.
• Coordinate with team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Handle cash and operate MICROS system; follow SOPs.
