Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking friendly servers to guide guests through food and wine experiences. You’ll promote the Wine Club, deliver attentive service, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, upscale casual setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• A passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform; know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments with accuracy.
• Explain the Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club benefits to guests.
• Jump in where needed to help the team; serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and take initiative to solve guest issues.
• Stay coordinated with Kitchen, Hosts, Runners, Bartenders, and Managers.
• Greet guests warmly, use their names, and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Share Wine Club knowledge and invite guests to join the community.
