Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a personable Tasting Room Attendant to engage guests with wine knowledge and welcoming hospitality. You will guide visitors through our wines, retail items, and Wine Club perks while representing a premium guest experience.

Applicants should be comfortable speaking about wine, be flexible with schedules, and able to multitask in a lively environment. Prior restaurant/retail experience is preferred; must be 21+ and enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly conversations and product knowledge to guests.
• Guide guests through wines and retail offerings.
• Promote Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club benefits and memberships.
• Support station readiness and maintain a clean, stocked area.
