Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Tasting Room Attendant who enriches every visit with friendly conversation, product knowledge, and warm hospitality. You will guide guests through wines and retail offerings and invite them to join our Wine Club.

Responsibilities include learning our menu and wines, keeping your station stocked and clean, restocking displays, and assisting in daily operations while delivering memorable experiences to guests who return for more.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: at least 21 years old.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with tasks like carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations.
• Welcome every guest warmly and answer questions about wine and our Wine Club.
