Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a friendly Tasting Room Attendant to guide guests through our wines, educate on the Wine Club, and create memorable experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are 21+, have hospitality or wine environment experience, and can multitask while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Weekend availability is a plus; benefits include insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to our guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations.
• Welcome every guest warmly and explain Wine Club perks.
• Proactively build relationships with guests and invite joining the Wine Club.
• Share the Cooper’s Hawk story and invite guests to join our Wine Club.
