Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking Tasting Room Attendants to guide guests through wine tastings, answer questions about our wines and the Wine Club, and create memorable experiences. You will maintain an inviting station, stay knowledgeable about menu and retail items, and help connect guests with our Wine Club perks.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
