Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Tasting Room Attendant who guides guests through wine and retail experiences with warmth and knowledge. You will help create memorable moments while promoting the Wine Club and our offerings in a hospitality-forward setting.

You’ll engage guests, maintain a clean, stocked station, and learn the menu and products to confidently answer questions and drive referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
