Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Tasting Room Attendant to turn tastings into meaningful moments through friendly conversation and hospitality. You will guide guests through wines, retail offerings, and the Wine Club while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Role emphasizes learning our offerings, maintaining stations, and helping teammates during service. Flexible weekend availability and a passion for hospitality are valued as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines that are offered to our guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations.
• Welcome every guest warmly and answer questions about wine and our Wine Club.
• Proactively build relationships with guests and create memorable moments.
• Use your knowledge of the Wine Club to invite and inform guests of perks and benefits.
