Cooper’s Hawk Winery seeks a friendly Tasting Room Attendant to turn tastings into memorable moments through conversation, wine knowledge, and hospitality. You’ll guide guests through our wines and retail items, aiming to grow our Wine Club community while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining a clean service area, and supporting teammates with carryout and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and our Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through wines and retail items.
• Prepare station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Assist in daily operations and support team with carryout and guest services.
