Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking upbeat Tasting Room Attendants to greet guests, discuss wines, and guide them through our wine club and retail offerings. You’ll learn our menu, stock your station, and help deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and our Wine Club.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations.
• Welcome guests warmly and discuss wine and our Wine Club.
• Proactively build relationships with guests and invite them to join the Wine Club.
