Qualifications

• Wine knowledge at a beginner level; ability to convey the winery story to guests.
• Experience in hospitality or tasting room is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 42 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions about the property while delivering wine experiences
• Explain brand story and communicate to guests
• Describe wine club benefits and encourage memberships
• Support daily duties including restocking, cleaning, opening and closing tasks
• Handle routine purchases at the register and manage daily sales
• Book guest and member experiences by phone or email; assist with events
