Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits is seeking a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive top line sales through in-person experiences, phone campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, charismatic, and passionate about wine, with prior winery tasting room experience preferred.

You will greet guests, describe wine clubs, assist with daily duties, process transactions, and support events while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years hospitality and/or tasting room experience.
• Basic wine knowledge and ability to convey stories.
• Proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Explain brand story and convert to memberships.
• Handle routine purchase transactions and daily sales reconciliation.
• Book tasting experiences by phone or email, gathering billing and contact information.
• Assist with hospitality events and restock wine as needed.
