Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits is seeking a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive top-line sales through engaging wine experiences at the tasting room. You will greet guests, convey the brand story, promote wine club memberships, and handle daily sales with accuracy.

The role requires enthusiasm, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends. Prior winery tasting room experience is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have wine knowledge and the ability to convey the brand story to guests.
• Experience in hospitality or tasting room settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Describe wine club benefits and assist with memberships.
• Assist with daily duties including restocking, cleaning, opening/closing duties.
• Handle routine purchase transactions and daily sales recording.
• Book experiences via phone or email and coordinate logistics.
