Foley Family Wines & Spirits is seeking a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive top-line sales through hospitality center experiences, phone campaigns, and events. You will greet guests, convey the brand story, describe wine club benefits, and assist with daily duties in a busy tasting room.

Ideal candidates have tasting room experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for wine. This role requires weekend availability and a professional demeanor in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Beginner/novice level wine knowledge and ability to execute experiences with supervision and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• POS experience preferred.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards for hospitality and customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey the brand story to guests.
• Describe wine club benefits and convert to memberships.
• Assist with daily duties including restocking, cleaning, opening and closing duties.
• Handle routine purchase transactions at the cash register and manage daily sales accounting.
• Book guest and member experiences via phone or email with billing and contact info.
• Assist with hospitality events as needed.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of winery and wine portfolio.
• Prepare cheese plates and food accompaniments; conduct tasting experiences.
