Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits hospitality center is seeking an experienced Wine Educator to drive top-line sales through wine experiences, telephone campaigns and events. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and charismatic, with a passion for wine and strong people skills for a team environment.

Previous winery tasting room experience is preferred. You will greet guests, convey the brand story, describe wine club benefits, handle transactions, and assist with events while maintaining portfolio

Qualifications

• Two years hospitality and/or tasting room experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 42 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• POS experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey the brand story to guests effectively.
• Describe wine club benefits and promote memberships.
• Handle routine transactions at the cash register.
• Book guest experiences by phone or email and manage billing.
• Assist with hospitality events as needed.
