Job summary

Foley Family Wines & Spirits is seeking a Hospitality Center Wine Educator to drive top-line revenue through hospitality center sales, phone campaigns, and events. The role requires enthusiasm, charisma, and a passion for wine, with prior winery tasting room experience preferred.

Greet guests, convey our brand story, and facilitate wine experiences. You'll assist with events, manage bookings, and maintain wine knowledge to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years hospitality and/or tasting room experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct memorable wine experiences.
• Convey the brand story and educate guests.
• Describe wine club benefits and drive memberships.
• Assist with daily tasks including restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties.
• Handle routine purchases at the POS and process daily sales.
