Riboli Family Wines in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Hospitality and Event Manager to lead planning, execution, and optimization of our hospitality and events department. This role will enhance guest experiences, support business growth, and increase brand visibility through interactive tastings, tours, and private functions.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mentor the events staff.

Formación

• Must be willing to work weekends and during events.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, or tourism management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with hospitality, wine, spirits, or culinary industries is preferred.
• Tech savvy; experience with event management tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute a variety of events to increase visitation and brand awareness.
• Oversee event logistics, staffing, and guest services for smooth operations.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Track event performance and provide insights for future improvements.
• Lead and train the events team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Set monthly sales targets for the events team.
