Qualifications

• College degree in marketing or related field.
• 2+ years in social media coordinating and content creation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong grammar, copywriting, and asset selection.
• Experience with video editing software/apps.
• Familiar with Airtable, Sprout, or Asana.
• Experience with content across major platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and execute social content across brands and platforms.
• Write copy with strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Create detailed social calendars and proposals.
• Schedule posts using CMS after approval from marketing leads.
• Maintain organized content library and assets.
• Collaborate with managers to ideate and align with business needs.
• Create reports summarizing social performance metrics.
• Support content capture and on-site duties at winery events.
• Reply to comments and engage with followers.
• Stay updated on trends and tools; incorporate AI where helpful.
