Job summary

Ram’s Gate Winery in Sonoma’s Carneros AVA seeks an Associate Manager, Hospitality & Events to lead on-site events and guide the estate’s hospitality team, ensuring polished experiences across daily tastings and the calendar of events.

In partnership with the Manager, Hospitality and Guest Experience, you’ll plan and staff Member, Trade, and private events, coordinate vendors, monitor service, and uphold Ram’s Gate’s hospitality, sustainability, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of event operations or hospitality leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate externally-booked and internal winery events.
• Lead on-site event execution, staffing, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with Hospitality leadership to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain adherence to brand, sustainability, and budget guidelines.
• Support Manager in scheduling and training of staff.
