Lewis Cellars in Napa, CA is seeking a Winery Concierge to welcome guests, manage reservations, and guide tastings in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting within a reimagined estate and world-class culinary program.

The role requires weekend/evening shifts, precise guest service, and coordination with winery teams to ensure memorable experiences. Pay ranges $24-$26 per hour with full-time benefits and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably wine/beverage industry
• RBS and Food Handler Certifications required or willing to complete after hire
• Basic knowledge of wines and wine-making process; willingness to learn
• Proficient with reservation software and basic office tools (Tock, Commerce 7)
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answers questions about the winery, history, and products
• Guides visitors to tasting areas, tours, or events
• Handles phone and online inquiries regarding reservations, events, and tours
• Schedules and confirms bookings in coordination with winery departments
• Sets up and organizes tasting room and reception area
• Explains wine selections, pairing suggestions, and tasting details
• Promotes and processes wine and merchandise sales
• Assists guests with wine club memberships or event tickets
• Maintains records of reservations, visitor counts, and purchases
• Supports winery-hosted events with logistics and upbeat atmosphere
