You will manage reservations, seating, and guest communications, while supporting sales orders, memberships, and event flow. The role requires responsiveness, product knowledge, and teamwork with hospitality, culinary, and management teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury hospitality or winery operations preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for guest engagement.
• Passion for delivering personalized, high-touch guest experiences.
• Comfortable handling reservations, sales orders, shipping, membership, and estate offerings.
• Experience with hospitality tech including Microsoft Office, Tock, POS, and CRM platforms.
• Adaptive, composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
• California Food Handler Certification and California RBS Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism from arrival through departure.
• Serve as a polished first contact for the winery, supporting guest arrivals, reservation flow, seating coordination, and overall guest readiness.
• Manage reservations, guest notes, and seating details through Tock with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactively communicate reservation updates, guest preferences, special requests, and timing needs to the team.
• Assist members with allocations, sign-ups, and inquiries.
• Process guest sales orders and handle shipping questions with care.
• Capture and maintain guest preferences and visit details for personalized service.
• Develop knowledge of Ram’s Gate wines, estate experiences, and membership benefits to guide inquiries.
