Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport.
• Passion for wine, food, and agriculture, with a desire to expand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort coordinating with vendors.
• Comfortable using technology and coordinating with outside partners during events.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• 21+ years of age and California service certifications within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as ambassador on-site and at off-site events, upholding brand standards.
• Stays informed on wine trends and shipping regulations to assist purchases.
