Job summary
Ram’s Gate Winery is seeking an experienced Private Client/Trade Ambassador to elevate the estate’s guest experiences for collectors, members, trade partners, and VIP guests. This role requires a refined hospitality approach and a track record in high-touch service within luxury settings.
Collaborating with hospitality, culinary, sales, winemaking, marketing, and leadership teams, you will foster long-term client engagement, retention, and membership growth while championing regenerative farming
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality for ultra-high net worth guests.
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive retention.
- Experience hosting personalized, high-touch guest experiences and events.
Responsibilities
- Provide elevated on-site and off-site guest experiences for collectors, members, and VIPs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Represent the winery at events, trade functions, and partner engagements.
- Collaborate with hospitality, culinary, sales, winemaking, marketing and leadership teams.
