Job summary

Jackson Family Wines is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for the La Crema brand in Santa Rosa, CA. You will partner with the Brand Manager to create long-term and annual marketing plans, analyze brand data, and lead initiatives across events, digital, trade, and direct-to-consumer marketing.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in marketing, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and a basic grasp of pricing strategies across markets and channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant work experience in a marketing related position.
• Proficiency in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding of various pricing strategies across multiple markets and channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Manager on long-term and annual business and marketing plan.
• Research and provide brand and market data as needed to Brand Manager.
• Lead and execute initiatives including event marketing, digital marketing, trade/media/consumer tastings and direct to consumer marketing.
• Project and Process Management: develop project timelines and traffic execution with relevant departments, agencies and vendors.
• Prepare reports to update stakeholders on monthly business results.
• Support new product launches.
• Partner with Sales to develop trade tools to drive distribution and velocity.
• Manage components of the P&L: Marketing budget, sales forecast, COGS.
