Winebow in Minnesota is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand distribution, maintain relationships with key decision makers, and ensure proper merchandising and pricing across accounts. The role requires travel within the territory and strong communication skills.

You will develop strategies to grow market share, collaborate with internal teams, and provide product education and support to customers while meeting monthly goals and maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Chain retail sales experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrated computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops an effective marketing and sales strategic plan to maximize wine distribution within an established or growing customer base.
• Maintains routine contact with key decision makers.
• Places product on shelves or in displays for maximum exposure; ensures correct merchandising and pricing.
• Provides timely educational programs, materials, and services when deemed necessary.
• Travels within territory to meet sales goals and uses monthly reporting tools to monitor growth.
