Job summary

Winebow in Edina, MN seeks a Field Sales Representative to drive wine distribution within a defined territory. You will develop relationships with decision makers, merchandise products, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, ordering, or shipping needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 21+. Wine knowledge and retail sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Chain retail sales experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrated computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must be 21 Years of Age.

Responsibilities

• Develops an effective marketing and sales plan to maximize wine distribution.
• Maintains routine contact with key decision makers.
• Merchandises products on shelves and displays per procedures; ensures correct pricing and POS materials.
• Provides educational programs, materials, and services as needed.
• Monitors sales growth and market penetration with monthly reporting tools.
• Communicates with internal departments to resolve billing, ordering, or shipping needs in territory.
• Provides display photos upon request by management or internal departments.
• Keeps logs of accounts visited for management.
• Meets goals and objectives in a timely manner.
