Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting Windows operating systems including AD, DHCP, PowerShell, DNS, and recovery concepts.
• Experience administering Active Directory networks and related services.
• Current, active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows infrastructure services across multiple ADC environments: AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS, ECM, and Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues across the Windows stack with Tier 1/2 escalation.
• Migrate manual operations to code‑defined automation and IaC practices.
• Define and monitor service health metrics; build alarming for proactive responses.
• Ensure security compliance and hardening in partnership with Security Compliance.
• Create and maintain runbooks, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for service‑impacting events.
