Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Windows Systems Engineer to manage Windows infrastructure and drive Infrastructure as Code. The role involves hands-on support, Ansible automation, and cross-service troubleshooting across ADC environments in a production AWS context.

You will codify configurations, build scalable automation, and participate in on-call rotations while maintaining high security and compliance with government clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above or equivalent certifications; industry-standard qualifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows infrastructure services across ADC environments (Active Directory, DFS, DHCP, DNS, ECM, Group Policy).
• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and PowerShell automation for configuration, deployment, and lifecycle operations.
• Troubleshoot cross-service issues and provide escalation support for Tier 1/2 teams.
• Migrate manual operations to code-defined automation and monitor service health metrics.
