Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration.
• Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administers Windows development, test, and production servers with patching and OS hardening.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex Windows OS, Active Directory, and server connectivity issues.
• Monitors Windows systems daily and initiates proactive remediation.
• Installs, removes, and upgrades Windows-based software and agents.
• Owns Level 2 Windows-related tickets through resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Provides system evaluation reports and contributes to operational Windows recommendations.
• Updates system records, ensures licensing compliance, and maintains accurate configuration data.
