Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Night Shift NOC Windows Specialist to provide 2nd-line support for Windows dev, test, and production servers. You will manage re-imaging, patching, GPOs, AD, and OS hardening while ensuring 24x7 availability.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, incident resolution, runbook creation, and accurate asset documentation. A BA/BS and 2–4 years of experience are required, with US citizenship/residency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration.
• Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts.
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.
• May also hold Linux credentials if permitted.

Responsibilities

• Administers Windows development, test, and production servers.
• Handles re-imaging, patching, and OS hardening.
• Diagnoses complex Windows OS and Active Directory issues.
• Monitors Windows systems and initiates proactive remediation.
• Owns Level 2 Windows tickets to resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Maintains system records, licensing compliance, and runbooks.
