## L2 NOC (Windows) Night ShiftApply: USA Remote: Full time: Posted Today: REQ576447**What success looks like in this role:*** **Windows Systems Administration** — Administers Windows development, test, and production servers including reloading, re-imaging, patching, GPO configuration, and OS hardening.* **Advanced Troubleshooting** — Diagnoses and resolves complex Windows OS, Active Directory, and server connectivity issues.* **Monitoring & Proactive Response** — Performs daily monitoring of Windows systems, services, and performance; initiates proactive remediation.* **Software Management** — Installs, removes, and upgrades Windows-based software packages and agents.* **Incident Remediation** — Owns Level 2 Windows-related tickets through resolution, including root cause analysis.* **Operational Reporting** — Provides system evaluation reports and contributes to operational recommendations for Windows environments.* **Documentation & Compliance** — Updates system records, ensures licensing compliance, and maintains accurate configuration data for Windows assets.* **Knowledge Transfer** — Creates runbooks and how-to guides; trains Level 1 analysts on Windows procedures.**You will be successful in this role if you have:*** BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination.* Strong experience with **Windows troubleshooting** and server administration.* Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts.* U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.* May also hold Linux credentials if permitted.* **Night Shift: 6pm - 6am EST**#LI-JV1This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
